Conekt will be on the NDI (Northern Defence Industries stand) at DVD 2007. DVD 2007 (Defence Vehicle Dynamics) is a significant United Kingdom service mobility event aimed at manufacturers, purchasers, specifiers and senior users.
Once again, last years event broke all previous records for visitor numbers and exhibitors with more than 170 companies displaying equipment and systems.
Conekt will be on stand OR35 showcasing it's Sensor design capabilities as well as Test and Validation Services. Our Driver Assistance Systems have proved vital in detecting and protecting against threats. Our Sensors have also helped Health Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS). Combined with UKAS Accredited Test and Validation services Conekt is a vital service provider to the Defence, On Road/Off-highway and Aerospace Industries.
Conekt is now a member of Northern Defence Industries (NDI), a business development company that matches the capability of over 200 companies with the procurement requirements of the global defence and aerospace industry.
NDI provides support to international prime contractors, the Ministry of Defence and Tier One System Integrators who require visibility of quality suppliers that can provide collaborative integrated solutions to meet industrial participation and offset obligations.
This year, in addition to Specialist Utility Vehicles (SUV) and Engineering Systems Support (ESS) Integrated Project Teams (IPTs); General Support Vehicles (GSV) IPT has also decided to use DVD as their "official" annual stakeholder event.
