VEHICLE DYNAMICS EXPO SUCCESS
BIRMINGHAM, UK - 15th June 2005 - Conekt has recently returned from exhibiting at the Vehicle Dynamics Expo 2005 which took place in Stuttgart, Germany. At the show, Conekt displayed its broad range of services and capabilities, as well as showcasing advanced technology demonstrators including Active Steering Wheel and Composite Suspension Arm Technologies.
The Vehicle Dynamics Expo took place over three days, from 31st May to 2nd June 2005, and attracted visitors from over 372 organisations based in 38 countries. Unlike end user or general engineering shows, this event totally focussed on Vehicle Dynamics engineering and attracted visitors from all the major OEM vehicle manufacturers - many of which also presented papers in the free-to-attend Open Technology Forum.
Mike Southwell, General Manager, TRW Conekt, commented, "The Vehicle Dynamics Show is the perfect forum to demonstrate Conekt's extensive skills in advanced product development and applications engineering. Last year's show provided a number of opportunities and we believe that this year?s event will produce even better results for Conekt."
In addition to its stand, Conekt also took part in the Open Technology Forum where Mark De Cooper Jones presented a paper on 'Mechatronic Composite Suspension for Active Chassis'. Jones' paper was well received by a full audience, who found it both interesting and informative. For a copy of the presentation, please contact clare.venn@trw.com.
The 2006 event again takes place in Stuttgart, and will run from 9th to 11th May. Conekt has already booked its exhibition space for next year's event, and look forward to seeing you there.
