Vehicle Dynamics Expo Success

VEHICLE DYNAMICS EXPO SUCCESS

BIRMINGHAM, UK - 5th June 2004 - Conekt has recently returned from exhibiting at the first annual Vehicle Dynamics Expo. At the show, Conekt displayed its extensive range of services and capabilities, as well as showcasing some of its advanced technology demonstrators including Steer-by-Wire and Composite Suspension Arm Technologies.

The Vehicle Dynamics Expo took place over three days, from 25th to 27th May 2004, and attracted visitors from over 290 organisations based in 32 countries. Unlike end user or general engineering shows, this event totally focussed on Vehicle Dynamics engineering and attracted visitors from all the major OEM vehicle manufacturers, many of which also presented papers in the free-to-attend Open Technology Forum.

In addition to its stand, Conekt also took part in the Open Technology Forum where Dr Jim Farrelly gave two papers on 'The Technology behind Steer-by-Wire' and 'Chassis Integration: Reaping the Greatest Benefit for Today's Active Chassis'. Dr Farrelly's papers were well received by a full audience, who found them both interesting and informative.

The 2005 event again takes place in Stuttgart, and will run from May 31st - 2nd June. Conekt has already booked its exhibition space for next year's event, and look forward to seeing you there.
